Refund policy

Returns / unwanted items: Due to the nature of our products, and for hygienic and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with an item, kindly discard it or regift it. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for fluid materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges / Scent Swaps
Exchanges or scent swaps can only be issued after the order is placed and before it is fulfilled, we do not process exchanges after an order has been fulfilled. Scent swaps are subject to stock inventory and product availability. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us via email at skn@4urskn.com

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
If your order has been canceled, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
