Shipping policy
- Order processing times: We are humans, not robots, which means your order is processed and packaged with extra TLC. After an order is placed, orders take up to 14 business days to be processed, fulfilled and prepared for shipping. Please note that weekends and/or holidays are not included within this timeframe. If changes occur within our supply chain due to peak periods, our processing times may be extended during launches, restocks, promotional offers, and sales.
- Once an order has been processed: Meaning it has been prepared for shipment, batched, or tracking information has been generated; it is no longer eligible for a refund. In such cases, a store credit will be issued in place of a refund. As our products are hand-crafted in small batches, cancellations after processing may disrupt our production flow and fulfillment operations. Additionally, because items may be limited, archived or sold out, we cannot guarantee availability if an order is cancelled and later repurchased. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
- Domestic and international shipping options: Processing times remain the same for international orders; however, shipping timeframes vary, and we do not offer estimated delivery timelines for international orders. We are not at fault for any shipping courier delays, and we are not responsible for any potential surprise fees that may surface, such as duties and taxes the customer may incur.
- Shipping costs: Current shipping rates are provided at checkout; our free shipping threshold applies after the total order value reaches the stated amount. - Transparency around returns, changes and cancellations. On top of accommodating any customer order concerns, order changes or cancellations; the instances are evaluated based on stock availabilty, processed orders and/or damaged orders. - Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. It is highly recommended to contact the shipping courier to investigate the status of your package, once it has been shipped.
